[attr="class","plotterov"]history summary: kyran was born to a dalish clan, moved around, nothing abnormal. her clan was a brutish one/violent one. when the keeper was replaced by an even more bloodthirsty leader, and the clan became even more violent, her brother chose to transfer into the sabrae clan. kyran (though she thrived in her hostile clan and liked violence and what-not), decided to go with him. this was shortly before the blight and before the sabrae clan moved to kirkwall.

personality summary: loves violence, unbelievably confrontational and always willing to pick a fight or press an issue, will pick apart and belittle everything you do if she's bored, arrogant, will always sound harsh, even when she is attempting not to, her go-to emotion is anger, so anything else is usually dressed up in some form of incidental hostility, a closet-romantic, but an absolute blushing, denying buffoon when it comes to love, doesn't make friends easily (being her friend is accepting that any act of love or affirmation on her part will likely come disguised as an insult), judgmental, pretty much hates everyone she doesn't know, actually doesn't give a damn about dalish culture and tradition, but still thinks they're better than everyone else anyway, fiercely loyal to those few she does like, will never forgive betrayal

opinion on mage vs templar: she hates everyone equally tbh, isn't concerned about anyone outside of those she considers close to her, doesn't hold anything against mages, but knows how dangerous magic is and will act accordingly

opinion on qunari: has no experience with them, but again... she hates pretty much everyone equally. doesn't care what happens to kirkwall really, so let them go, let them stay, whatever, it doesn't involve her.

  kyran's brother - the ares to her athena (though personality-wise, it may be the other way around). the two are very close. he's basically the only reason she left their previous clan; though she thrived and loved her home clan, she couldn't bear to part from him. he is a mage/healer (unless you'd rather he be something else). much more pacifist than her, often acts as her tether, to keep her from flying off the handle or spiraling out of anger. could be a sister instead, if you prefer. no more than a couple years older/younger than her.
• ex-lover - son of the keeper of kyran's previous clan. a high-intensity romance. imagine them smiling at each other, covered in their enemies' blood. flying through treetops, thrilled as much by each other as by the hunt. kyran was beloved by the keeper's family, as she perfectly aligned herself with their bloodthirsty, human-hating agenda, so her relationship with their son was celebrated by all. so it came as a great surprise that kyran chose her brother over him and left the clan. ex-lover was quite peeved and heartbroken, perhaps enough to seek kyran and her brother out wherever they've gone.

[attr="class","plotterov"]history summary: born in orlais, magic manifested in her super young, was transferred to the white spire where she thrived. was gifted, studious, and a socialite. became an aquetarian, had a close-knit of friends/fellows. when she was found out to be in a relationship with a templar, she was transferred to kirkwall. is finding it a disgusting place with no fun and no class; a far cry from the white spire indeed.

personality summary: stubborn, fiery temper, prefers being elevated and classy, but isn't afraid to get dirty or rough, thinks she knows what's best for everyone and won't hesitate to use or manipulate others for her own gain (or what she perceives to be their own gain), can be two-faced but rarely to her "own", sharp-tongued and intelligent, a good actress but oft unable to bite her tongue, not above using her looks to her advantage and has the reputation of a sort of flirty minx, doesn't do anything for nought and always seems to have her own agenda

opinion on mage vs templar: the white spire wasn't as terrible as kirkwall. elathor thrived in the white spire and had an easy-enough time, despite not being a person who could easily bow her head and hold her tongue. she had her little irritations and grievances with the circle, but nothing that had her crying 'rebellion!'. but everything's changed since her transfer to kirkwall. what was once irritation is now full-blown resentment. kirkwall makes it plain the circle is a prison, where the white spire thinly-veiled the fact with at least a modicum of comfort and allowance. now it seems everything she does, which would have been no big deal in the white spire, gets her in trouble. she has to watch herself, else she find herself tranquiled. now she's growing antsy. more and more frustrated. and if she is already so persecuted for her harmless antics, she's beginning to think it may be worth taking on acts more deserving of the target on her back. kirkwall fucking sucks, yo.
